We come and look
Free, no obligation, and no sitting through a laptop presentation. Twenty minutes with a torch and a moisture meter tells us more.
A written quote in 48 hours
Broken down by room and by stage, with the paint system named. If we think you're spending money in the wrong place, we say so.
Colour, properly tested
Two A2 boards per colour, painted in the real product and moved around your rooms for a week before anybody commits.
Prep — the long bit
Usually 60% of the job. Dust sheets, masking, filling, sanding, caulking and priming, all before a finish coat is opened.
Finish and snag
We walk the job with you in daylight, list every snag on the spot, and come back within a fortnight to close it out.
Four things we won't cut
Every decorator in Bristol can quote you a number. These are the parts that decide whether it still looks right in five years.
5-year workmanship guarantee
Flaking, cracking or a seam that lifts inside five years and we come back and put it right at our cost.
Low-VOC as standard
Water-based systems on almost everything, so the room is usable the same evening and doesn't smell for a fortnight.

Straight answers
A standard bedroom in reasonable condition is two days: one for prep, one for finish coats. Add a day if the ceiling is cracked, the woodwork is oil-based, or you're going from dark to white.
