Privacy policy
This page explains what personal data Norpus collects, why, and what rights you have over it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who's responsible
Norpus (CVR-nr. 46654846), Copenhagen, Denmark, is the data controller for the personal data described here. Questions or requests go to hello@norpus.com.
What we collect
When you fill in the contact form, we collect your name and email, and whatever you choose to add — company, phone number, and a message. We don't collect anything else: no analytics, no tracking pixels, no third-party scripts.
Why we collect it
Solely to reply to your enquiry and, if a project goes ahead, to deliver it. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, once a contract exists, performance of that contract.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into a project are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as Danish bookkeeping law requires — currently five years from the end of the financial year — and then deleted.
Who sees it
Nobody outside Norpus, except the infrastructure providers that host this site and our email, all within the EU. We don't sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers.
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies. It stores your language choice (English or Danish) in your browser's local storage so it doesn't have to ask twice — nothing is sent to us or to any third party as a result.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and object to how we use it. Email hello@norpus.com and we'll respond within a month. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
