Terms of business
The short version of how we work together, from quote to launch.

Quotes
Every quote is free and based on what you tell us during discovery. It's valid for 30 days and covers the scope described in it — anything beyond that scope is quoted separately before we start on it.
Payment
Projects are typically billed 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Invoices are due within 14 days. Work on a project pauses if an invoice goes more than 14 days past due.
Timelines
Timelines in a quote are estimates based on the scope agreed and on receiving what we need from you — content, feedback, access — on schedule. Delays on your side move the delivery date by the same amount.
Revisions
Quotes include a reasonable round of revisions on what was scoped. Requests that change the scope — new pages, new features, a different direction — are quoted and agreed separately before we start on them.
Ownership
Once a project is paid in full, you own the code, design, and content we built for you. We keep the right to show the finished work in our own portfolio, unless you ask us not to.
Hosting and domains
If we set up hosting or a domain on your behalf, it's registered in your name unless agreed otherwise, and you're responsible for renewal costs from the date it's handed over.
Cancellation
Either side can end a project in writing at any point. You pay for work completed up to that point; any prepayment beyond that is refunded.
Liability
We build to a professional standard and stand behind our work, but we're not liable for indirect losses — lost profit, lost data, downtime — beyond the value of the project itself.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Danish law, and any dispute is settled by the Danish courts.
